Governing law and jurisdiction
Relations with the Internet user, with the exception of contracts relating to consumers, shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The courts of Poschiavo (Switzerland) have sole jurisdiction over disputes, unless another place of jurisdiction is specified as mandatory by Swiss federal law.
