Events after the balance sheet date
At the end of January 2013, Repower AG announced the need to introduce various efficiency measures in order to address changes in the prevailing market conditions. This includes an adjustment of the corporate structure. Structures in Switzerland are to be streamlined and brought together in a single organisation (organisation chart on page 32). The plan is to implement the new organisation on 1 April 2013.
