Annual general meeting elects two new members to the board of directors

Barbara Janom Steiner and Giovanni Jochum are the new members of the board of directors of Repower AG. Dr Martin Schmid, Claudio Lardi and Hansueli Sallenbach do not stand for re-election.
The 119th annual general meeting in Poschiavo confirms Dr Monika Krüsi as chair of the board of directors of Repower. Peter Eugster, Dr Urs Rengel and Beat Huber are also re-elected as members of the board. Dr Martin Schmid, Claudio Lardi and Hansueli Sallenbach do not stand for re-election. The annual general meeting elects Barbara Janom Steiner and Giovanni Jochum as new members of the board of directors; both of them represent the anchor shareholder, the Canton of Graubünden, in Repower’s strategic management body.
Barbara Janom Steiner was a member of the cantonal government of Graubünden from 2008 to 2018. She has been a member of the Bank Council of the Swiss National Bank since 2015 and its president since 2019.
Giovanni Jochum is the mayor of Poschiavo, a member of the cantonal parliament of Graubünden and chairman of the auditing and consulting firm PKF Bernina AG. He worked at Repower from 1993 to 2017, most recently as a member of the executive board.
