Getting together for a new beginning

The products presented are fully developed, communications are in place, all the training measures have been thoroughly tested and all the systems have been aligned. Precise coordination is required in the run-up to the annual Convention Nazionale. This is the day employees from head office and around 500 sales consultants come together to find out more about the company’s future course and strengthen their sense of togetherness.

The 2023 convention runs under the banner of BroadEWay. The event also includes a detailed presentation of the Repower Charging Net, designed to turn customers into partners and give them the opportunity to participate in the unbridled growth of electromobility as operators of charging stations.

Prominent guests have also been enlisted to underscore our arguments. They include the two experts Nicola Armaroli and Filippo Solibello, who have already been guests on Rumors D’Ambiente, our podcast on the topic of sustainability.

The aim of the convention at the Teatro Repower is to generate enthusiasm among employees for the new and renewed challenges. This is helped by the fact that the 2023 Convention Nazionale was such an outstanding event.
