Common activities such as the Convention Nazionale are also good for employee wellbeing.

In line with this approach, Repower Italia focuses on three key topics in 2023:

Family: DOMUS is a new initiative that offers all employees access to electricity and gas at preferential terms. The offer can be extended to relatives and friends.

Transport: As a pioneer in e-mobility, we have launched a bike-sharing initiative. Repower employees can use e-bikes for business travel during working hours, but also in their free time and at weekends. This initiative complements the option of purchasing discounted public transport season tickets, which has been available for some time.

Information: In the environment in which we live, we’re all bombarded with information and news on a daily basis and are exposed to constant media pressure. For this reason, we have decided to offer a subscription to the newspaper “il Post” as a useful tool for critical, organised reading.
