EVUlution AG goes independent

Since the beginning of 2023, EVUlution AG has been standing formally on its own two feet. In April its 15 staff move into their new offices.
The orientation of EVUlution AG remains unchanged: The new company develops and markets innovative products and services for energy providers. Since April 2023, EVUlution AG has no longer been serving its customer base from Repower’s headquarters in Landquart, but from its own offices in the Technopark in Landquart. EVUlution AG has been operating independently since the beginning of 2023.
It all began in 2017 with the reorganisation of Repower’s Market division. The following year saw the further evolution of the SMARTPOWER, ENERGYBOARD and EASYASSET products. Partners were sought and found in 2019, and EVUlution AG was established in February 2020. Initially, EVUlution’s products and activities were closely linked to Repower’s business and geared towards its needs. Gradually, however, EVUlution AG has also been able to achieve success in the market and grow strongly.
Since then, the spin-off has continued to develop. Another milestone was reached in mid-2022 when the Zurich utility Elektrizitätswerk der Stadt Zürich (ewz) joined as a new shareholder. The company now has relationships with over 50 customers, and the number is rising.
