October

Electric transport is increasingly seen in conjunction with sustainable tourism. In response to this trend, Repower has been taking part in Italy’s most important tourism trade fair for years.

The TTG in Rimini is a chance for Repower to showcase its innovations in the field of electromobility and place them in the context of the hospitality industry, which is becoming increasingly open to this new business idea.

The TTG is the ideal opportunity to present the SYMBIOSIS and GIOTTO chargers and the DINA e-bike charging station to an interested audience. The Repower Charging Net project for electric car drivers and the DINAclub project for cycle tourers were both launched with the aim of establishing charging networks and increasing the tourist appeal of the respective regions.

The trade fair in October 2023 attracts more than 65,000 visitors. In addition to the exhibition stands, numerous lectures and training events are also on offer. DINAclub and the Repower Charging Net are also the subject of two panel discussions.

Matteo Sapienza, Sales Promotion: “What trends do we expect to see at TTG 2024? A lot is still being invested in digitalisation, both in the bicycle and electric car markets. The number of users and registrations will continue to rise. The hospitality industry will have to prepare for the development of artificial intelligence and adapt its offerings accordingly. This is also an area where Repower can play a valuable advisory role.”
